Being a volunteer is a very enriching experience which provides me with a window into the inner workings of Canadian universities and which offers me the privilege of working with many talented and dedicated individuals. It has also allowed me the opportunity to spread the word about risk management, safety and the environment to a much broader collective audience than if CAUBO did not exist.
