In early 2024, members of CAUBO’s Enterprise Risk and Assurance (ERA) Community of Practice group developed a survey to collect information on enterprise risk management (ERM) program design.
The member survey collected information regarding members’ ERM programs, including the organizational structure, framework and technology used as well as institutional strategic risk registers, risk appetite frameworks and reporting practices.
The objective for the survey was to help inform how institutions can implement or adapt the ERM program strategy at their institution. A report summarizing the results of the survey is available for institutional members here.
Key results from the survey were presented during the Risk Management Seminar at the CAUBO Conference in June, and the presentation is available for members here.
