CAUBO is launching a new and upgraded career resource for higher education professionals. The new tool, set to launch at the end of May 2018, will replace the existing job board and reflects a more personalized site for both job seekers and employers
HighEdJobs.ca’s services have provided a targeted platform for job postings since 2008 and has evolved over the years. Now, CAUBO will deliver the best possible user experience by partnering with market-leading software provider Madgex to deliver a website featuring the latest innovations in job board technology.
What the upgrade means for you:
- This upgrade will optimize our current career resources site to match the top talent in the industry.
- Job posters will be able to set search and screen requirements by location, specialty, qualifications and experience level, among other search criteria, to secure the desired talent.
- Job seekers will be able to personalize their career searches through a mobile-friendly platform that is optimized for any device, allowing users to initiate, save and set alerts for searches based on individualized criteria such as location, position and desired salary.
- During the implementation, members will not be able to post positions, as we prepare for the launch.
With an average of 1,200+ views a month, the site services many staff position levels, including: finance, human resources, treasury, facilities, internal audit, procurement, risk management and taxes. This new website is a positive step forward for CAUBO and higher education members.
